So today my flatmate returned from vacation and he brought me a bouquet of wild asparagus that he picked himself somewhere in the woods or wherever the hell they grow. So naturally I had to do something special for lunch. After taking my polaroid camera for a walk I stopped by in a supermarket where I got some cranberries, prosciutto and noodles with cuttlefish ink.

My flatmate was skeptical about the cranberries but in the end realized that everything was f-ing delicious and the cranberries gave a specially nice touch with their sweetens. And even I was satisfied with the result even thou I used olive oil, which I generally don’t like but in this case it worked very well.

So if the photo looks delicious, that’s only because it was delicious :D

My room mate made this simple Spanish ( i think he said it’s Spanish) dish a while ago, and yesterday I tried to do it myself. Naturally I completely ignored his instructions except for the 6 cloves part. But he said I did a good job, so I suppose it’s not all that important that you burn eggplants skin down in olive oil.
